Israel Gets a Gold

Israeli Windsurfer Gal Friedman won an Olympic gold medal today—his second Olympic medal and Israel’s first gold.

(His first name means “wave,” by the way. Is that cool or what?)

Congratulations, Mr. Friedman, and thanks.

(So where’s Iran in the rankings now?)
